This study aims to determine how much influence the game of baseball modifications on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years, especially in Ar-Rahman Kwala Bingai Stabat Kindergarten. The research method used quantitative research methods (experimental), namely Pre-Experimental Designs in the form of One-Group Pretest-posttest design. Data collection instruments are observation guidelines. Data analysis using t-test. And observations made observations with the observation guidelines that have been provided. With a significant level α = 0.05.

Based on the analysis of the data above, the average value obtained in children before treatment (O1) 7.7 with the highest value of 10 and the lowest value of 6, so that the gross motor development of children in the prior treatment (O1) obtain a significant difference. While the average value in children after treatment (O2) 10.8 with the highest value of 12 and the lowest value of 8, so that the gross motor development of children obtain a significant difference.
