Focus and Scope

Bunayya: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (P-ISSN: 2798-3757; E-ISSN: 2721-0561) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published four times a year (March, June, September, and December) by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al-Ittihadiiyah Labuhan Batu Utara, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia.

This journal focuses on studies and research related to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Philosophy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education
  • Policies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education
  • Institutions of Islamic elementary education
  • History and modernization of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education
  • Curriculum development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
  • Learning methods, strategies, and innovations in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
  • Teaching practices and media in Islamic elementary education

The journal welcomes original research articles, either field studies or literature-based studies, that contribute to the development of knowledge and practice in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial review by the editors and further evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process involving at least two reviewers to ensure academic quality.
