This field research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection was carried out using passive participatory observation techniques and documentation. Then the data were analyzed descriptively interactively, as well as testing the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of the study showed that the use of the discussion method in learning Hadith at Darul Uloom School, Satun Thailand was able to increase student motivation, especially students in class IV-A. Student responses in learning Hadith using the discussion method were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach to examine what is experienced by research subjects such as perceptions, actions, and others, holistically. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and statement questionnaires regarding the urgency of time management for teacher professionalism in schools. Furthermore, the normality test, reliability test, and data hypothesis testing were carried out. The conclusion from this study is that teacher training takes a long time to achieve significant changes in results. One way is through the development of Islamic schools as intermediaries to instill Islamic knowledge amidst cultural differences. This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic school culture development at Sasanuphatum School Pakpayoon Foundation, Phattalung in Thailand. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers, and students of Sasanuphatum School Pakpayoon Foundation, Phattalung, Thailand. This research is a qualitative phenomenological design, data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation using triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development of school culture and the Islamic sharia economic system in Thailand is through habituation through routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities that result in this culture developing in Thai Islamic schools. Islamic schools in Thailand are the basic foundation in teaching and cultivating the teachings of Islam. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research by taking one of the schools in Anuban Sangkhom Islam Witaya School, as the object of research. Data collection techniques were carried out using structured interviews. The results showed that Anuban Sangkhom Islam Witaya School had met the standards in student management, namely student planning was carried out by considering the number of students and the comparison ratio between teacher and child, the presence and absence of students were recorded in the attendance book, student evaluation was carried out through several ways, namely observation and interviews. Implementation of the activities used are several methods, namely the "Assistance Method". Where a process of providing convenience provided by companions to participants in identifying needs and solving problems and encouraging the growth of initiatives in the decision-making process so that independence can be realized. The subjects in this study were the homeroom teacher of class V and all students of class V MIS Hidayatussalam, totaling 22 people. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and documentation. Based on the results of observations in class V showed that the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) on science material in class V MIS Hidayatussalam the teacher did not prepare the lesson plan, the use of the science learning method in class V used the lecture, question and answer and demonstration method, the use of learning media used by the teacher homeroom teacher for class V, namely visual media in the form of pictures and LKS books, and audio media to explain the material being taught and the evaluation of science learning carried out by the homeroom teacher for class V the teacher gives written quizzes to all students.
