Manuscripts submitted to Bunayya: Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah must be original and have never been published or under consideration elsewhere.
Manuscripts are written in Book Antiqua font, size 12 pt, 1.15 line spacing, on A4 paper, with a maximum length of 15–20 pages.
Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English in accordance with academic writing rules.
Every manuscript will undergo an initial editorial review and will then be evaluated by at least two reviewers through a double-blind review
Manuscripts must follow the journal template provided by the editorial board.
Article Structure Guidelines
Title
The title should be simple, clear, concise, and informative, consisting of 15–20 words.
Written in Book Antiqua, 16 pt, Bold.
Author’s Name and Affiliation
Author’s full name is written without academic titles.
Affiliation includes department/institution and e-mail address.
Written in Book Antiqua, 14 pt (name, bold) and 11 pt (affiliation, normal).
Abstract and Keywords
Abstracts must be written in Indonesian and English, 150–200 words.
The abstract must include: research background, objectives, methods, and findings. For conceptual articles, it must include issues discussed, implications, and key arguments.
Keywords consist of 3–5 relevant words or phrases, placed below the abstract.
Introduction
Contains background, urgency, and problem formulation supported by relevant references.
Must highlight research novelty and explain objectives and research questions.
Written in Book Antiqua, 12 pt, 1.15 spacing, without numbering.
Research Method
Explains research design (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method), setting, population/sample, and data collection techniques.
Data analysis methods must also be described clearly.
Results and Discussion
Presents research findings systematically according to the problem formulation.
For qualitative research, findings should be presented thematically.
For quantitative research, findings should be supported by statistical data, tables, or graphs.
The discussion must critically analyze findings, compare them with theories or previous studies, highlight novelty, and provide recommendations.
Conclusion
Contains a concise summary that answers the research problem.
Must present key findings, contributions, implications, and limitations of the study.
References
References must be relevant, credible, and up-to-date (preferably from the last 3 years).
Each article must include at least 20 references from books, accredited national journals, and reputable international journals.
Citation and reference style follow the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Full Note).
Authors are strongly encouraged to use Mendeley or Zotero for citation management.
